The Marketing Ethnic Faculty Association (MEFA) is a professional membership organization established in 2008 to advance excellence in marketing academia and research. Our mission is rooted in supporting the unique needs of marketing academics and researchers from historically underrepresented groups in academia, while fostering a welcoming and collaborative environment for all professionals in the field.

MEFA values the contributions of all scholars and practitioners who hold a terminal degree in marketing or related fields. We are dedicated inclusive excellence, creating opportunities, sharing insights, and building a stronger marketing community that reflects the richness of perspectives across the profession.
